If I cannot afford delivery where will I pick it up from or can I send someone on my behalf?Pick can be done in Harare or Bulwayo . Please contact customer service to arrange this.

I paid for delivery but no one was homePlease make sure you provide the correct contact details for the receiver ( your family or friend) as the agents always phone the receiver before attempting delivery. Delivery will only be attempted once. Should the agent arrive and there is no one to receive the goods the receiver will have to make arrangements to meet the agent and come and collect the goods.

Why don't you have another shop in Zimbabwe?We are working on it please give us time to grow, with your support, we will be able to open everywhere making things more convenient for more 14-hour deliveries nationwide and cheaper delivery fees.

Can someone living in South Africa JHB with a family living in KZN also use your services?The service can be used by anyone its as simple as placing an order over the phone, requesting a manual order for or shopping online.

Other places like Marondera do not appear on the Nyasha zones, so in which zone does it fall under?If your town or city in not shown on the map please look and see which zone it could possibly be in and call to confirm with us.

Some of your prices are higher than South African prices, Why?Whilst we are very affordable, the products are in Zimbabwe, WE DO NOT IMPORT them. the wholesaler and prices in Zim are much more expensive than in South Africa. Please remember a lot of stuff in south Africa is produced here and exported and prices go up. For local Zimbabwean products, our prices are fair.

- I understand that Nyasha deliverers will call the client and attempt 1 delivery there after I will have to wait to next delivery day or with Harare pay an additional 5 USD after 2 failed deliveries.
- I understand my order will not be processed unless full payment is made.
- I understand if i don’t pay promptly, it can delay my order and Nyasha will not be held liable.
- I understand the minimum order is R1000 EXCLUDING DELIVERY.
- Orders come from SA. Once payment clears orders would once payment has cleared into our account duration is 2-7 working days
- I understand order placed on a Saturday will only be process Monday Morning.
- If any goods are missing , they will be credited to your next order or when it allows us to send it via courier which can take up to 10 working days.
- Please note all refunds can only be processed in Bond notes, or via ecocash the receiver.
- Refunds can only be processed at the end of a calendar month
- Free goods cannot be refunded

Card transactions will be acquired for Nyasha via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the
website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. - Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Nyasha separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
