Nyasha Mzanzi Express is an express delivery of groceries right to your families doorstep.
Once your order is placed and funds have cleared into our account, we usually take 24-48 hours to deliver as goods are ready available in Zimbabwe and imported from South Africa.
We only cover Harare and Chitungwiza at present.
What is a normal order and an express order?
Normal orders are goods from the site which come from South Africa and take 2-9 days delivery, currently due to COVID-19.
Express orders are basics you need in Zimbabwe right away. Express order products are already in Zimbabwe and dispatched immediately once payment clears. This usually takes 24-48 hours.
Express deliveries will only be done once money has cleared into Nyasha Bank account in South Africa or the UK.
Time to process:
Visa and Master card Credit card takes 2working days to clear to Nyasha
World Remit : 2 Working days
Western Union : 1 day as the manager needs to be dispatched to go and physically collect the funds.
Bank transfer UK instant process time : next day delivery
Bank transfer SOUTH AFRICA FNB: instant ,delivery next day
Other banks : 2 days
Paypal: Instant next day delivery
CASH ON DELIVERY
Our agents will not have change or loose money. Exact amount needs to be payable .
We do not ACCEPT 1 DOLLAR AND 2 DOLLAR NOTES for full payment .
notes accepted is 5/10/20/50/100 USD
Short falls of money will see the cheapest grocery item deducted or items will be deducted to the amount outstanding .
We only accept USD. NO ECOCASH , NO RANDS, NO RTGS,NO BOND .
Bank Note checking
Please note our agent will check that notes are not counterfeit. Please do not take offense to this as it is part of his job. Any notes found to be counterfeit is illegal and punishable by law.
We do not accept, torn notes, damaged notes, broken or cello taped notes, faded notes etc.
Express deliveries is Monday ,Wednesday, Friday only
Saturdays is an added charge as we do not work saturdays .
Express deliveries are made between 8am-6pm
Any order placed after 10:30Am will only be processed the next day .
Please note if there is an influx of orders, orders may take up to 72hours, but we will try our best to have it done within 24hours

Express Saturday Charge Chitungwiza: 280.
We are looking to expand our Express delivery areas in the near future .
Express deliveries cannot be refunded , once goods are delivered order is complete.
Under extreme and considered circumstances and at the discretion of Nyasha Groceries PTY a refund may be issued and take up to 15working days .
South African Brands will not be substituted for lesser brands or Quality . Zimbabwean Branded goods however can be substituted if there is no stock.
Damaged goods or goods not in good condition will be exchanged but once checked and signed for by the receiver this cannot be exchanged or replaced.

Customer and Agent Responsibility .
It is your duty to check that all goods are there and in order, eg in good condition , not expired , not damaged, nothing missing etc.
The agent will go threw these with the receiver and make sure all is in order and receiver will sign a delivery note. Please make sure it is an official Nyasha delivery note with our logo that you are signing and has an official order number on it.
Receiver must have proof of identification when delivery is being made.
Once the delivery note is signed there can be no dispute.
We do not give out the drivers numbers. The driver will contact the receiver when he is ready to deliver.
We do not offer pick up points, this is strictly delivery only.
Quantity of SA brands is limited to give all clients a fair chance to purchase goods for their families.

Goods are stocked in Zimbabwe and ready to go . Most of our stock comes directly From South africa .
I ordered from the express and something I paid for was out of stock? what now ?
If the goods were not delivered and out of stock , it means the demand in Zim was high and our stock is finished . But do not worry its already on its way from SOUTH AFRICA . We will deliver your grocery item when goods arrive.
